We’re working with a global General Contractor headquartered in the West Loop that’s looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company that operates much differently than a traditional GC. With construction, architecture, and engineering all housed internally, teams work in a far more collaborative and streamlined environment — giving employees exposure to the full lifecycle of projects rather than just one piece of the process.

The company has remained incredibly stable thanks to its three integrated business divisions, and they continue to secure a strong pipeline of work throughout Chicago and nationally.

Their portfolio includes a diverse mix of industrial, commercial, residential, hospitality, and civil projects, with a strong emphasis on ground-up construction ranging anywhere from $5M to $500M.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support Project Managers through all phases of construction
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change management
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, architects, and engineers
• Help drive execution on complex ground-up projects
• Gain exposure to integrated design-build delivery environments

What They’re Looking For:

• 2–5+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Ground-up project experience preferred
• Exposure to larger-scale commercial or industrial projects is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Someone looking for long-term growth within a highly collaborative environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• $100K – $120K base salary + bonus
• Car allowance
