C&O Services Inc, a fast paced and growing REO renovation company, is seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for residential construction to join our team! The candidate will be a key member responsible for simultaneously managing all aspects/trades of residential renovations for a multitude of projects. This is a full‑time office position; all coordination is done from the office location. Salary will depend on experience level.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing residential renovation projects (most communication is via email and phone)
  • Organize approved scope of work
  • Assist in coordinating all trades and material deliveries
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project master schedule, milestones, forecasts, and deadlines
  • Communicate with clients on the progress of projects
  • Ensure all projects are handled professionally, timely, and safely
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with co‑workers, in‑house construction staff, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Assist in coordinating quality‑control inspectors to review projects
  • Assist in meeting all expected deadlines for approved projects

Qualifications

  • Ability to keep multiple project schedules on time and budget simultaneously and lead subcontractors or in‑house teams
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organization skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
  • Strong computer, written, and verbal skills
  • Excellent client‑service skills with the ability to create and foster relationships
  • Ability to analyze problems, resolve issues, and make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications, and costs
  • Team player
  • Spanish language is a plus (not required)
  • Construction knowledge a plus
