Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking a strategic Assistant Vice President of FP&A to partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership team. This is a high‑visibility, enterprise‑level role influencing system‑wide decision making, long‑term financial sustainability, and strategic growth.

• Enterprise ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning
• Advanced financial modeling to support growth, capital strategy, and margin improvement
• Executive‑ and Board‑level advisory role; trusted thought partner to senior leaders
• Leadership and development of a high‑performing FP&A team
• Mission‑driven, not‑for‑profit healthcare environment

Ideal Candidate Background

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• 5+ years of people leadership
• Strong healthcare and not‑for‑profit finance acumen
• Executive presence and Board‑level communication skills
• CPA, CFA, CMA, MBA/MHA a plus
