Role Description

The Assistant Vice President role in the Greater Washington market is a full-time, on-site position based in Bethesda, MD. In this role, you will manage key client relationships to drive growth and retention, oversee risk management and compliance within your portfolio, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. You will also analyze client financial needs, provide customized solutions, and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Additionally, you will guide team development and foster community partnerships in alignment with PNC’s mission.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and analytical acumen, including experience with portfolio management and financial analysis
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills for effective client and team engagement
• Proficiency in risk management and ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while collaborating across departments
• Experience in strategic planning and identifying business growth opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA are advantageous
