About the role
Missions
Sourcing
- Be constantly on the lookout for new brands, ideas, opportunities.
- Ensure continuous monitoring across Europe and size the efforts for each brand.
- Follow market evolution, competition, and the achievement of global sales objectives.
- Identify new businesses and verticals to develop within a constantly evolving startup.
Negotiation
- Negotiate brands, prices, products.
- Optimize collaboration with brands by combining quality offers at the best price while enhancing the image of our partners.
Operational Management
- Ensure follow-up and operational management of key accounts: sales coordination, daily support, performance optimization.
- Analyze commercial performance: reporting, data interpretation, and strategic recommendations.
Development
- Develop strong links with our partner brands.
- Build long-term trust relationships to support brands and make The Bradery their preferred partner.
Requirements
- Higher education from a Business School.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening and analytical skills.
- Genuine product sensitivity.
