Here is a list of key responsibilities tailored to mirror your role but in a supportive capacity: • Assist in Client Meetings and Requirements Gathering: Attend meetings with you, take detailed notes on client needs, and help elicit requirements through questions and follow-ups to ensure all specifications are captured. • Translate Requirements into Documentation: Convert client inputs into technical documents, workflows, user stories, and logic diagrams for developers, under your review. • Support UI/UX Design and Backend Planning: Help create wireframes or mockups for user interfaces, outline backend templates, and contribute to database schema designs based on your guidance. • API Testing and Validation: Use tools like Postman to test developer APIs, verify expected responses, and report issues or discrepancies. • Infrastructure Setup Assistance: Aid in setting up on-premise or cloud servers, configuring basic networking, and implementing cybersecurity best practices as directed. • Contribute to Product Innovation: Brainstorm and research ideas for new software products, helping to evaluate feasibility and prepare initial proposals for commercial development. • Quality Assurance and Review: Review developer outputs against client specs, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to ensure the final software meets requirements. • Administrative and Research Support: Handle research on industry trends, tools, or technologies; organize documentation; and prepare reports or presentations for stakeholders. • Collaboration and Learning: Work closely with developers, clients, and you to learn the full scope of the role, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to project timelines. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on relevant technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, cybersecurity tools) and suggest process enhancements to streamline workflows.
