Giardino Group is looking for an Assistant Accounting 50% for the Giardino Mountain in Champfèr.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for all accounting inquiries from the team and the hotels
• Management and monitoring of all accounting areas (accounts payable and receivable, general ledger)
• Processing of daily correspondence
• Control of revenues and bookings
• Posting and booking of banks and creditors, including debtor reconciliation
• Preparation and control of weekly payment runs
• Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Participation in special tasks and projects in the accounting department
• Management and control of internal process flows and their optimization
