Your Responsibilities

As an Assistant Project Manager (Construction) (m/f/d), you will actively support our project manager throughout all project phases and take on responsibility in key areas early on:

• Support of project management
• Participation in cost planning, cost control, and benchmarking
• Collaboration in schedule planning and milestone control
• Preparation and organization of project and client meetings
• Support in the procurement of planning and construction services
• Participation in contract and change order management
• Coordination of planners and specialist planners
• Support in quality assurance across all project phases

👉 You will learn not only to accompany projects but to steer them in a structured manner.

Your Profile

• Education in the construction sector (e.g., construction draftsman/woman, technician, architecture, civil engineering, or construction economics)
• Initial professional experience (1–3 years) in construction management, cost planning, or construction administration is an advantage
• Interest in cost planning, project management, and construction processes
• Knowledge of cost estimation / tenders
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Teamwork skills and initiative
• Confident use of MS Office, Messerli, and MS Project scheduling
• Native German / Swiss German speaker and English skills
• Flexible and motivated to work in our central office in Zurich
