About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Executive to help drive revenue growth and support our commercial operations. This is an excellent entry-point into full-cycle sales for someone eager to learn, develop, and eventually manage their own pipeline.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Senior Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to support sales cycles, coordinate proposals, and ensure prospects have a smooth and professional experience. You’ll gain exposure to the full sales process from lead qualification to deal closure, while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in SaaS sales.
What You’ll Do
Sales Support & Deal Coordination
- Collaborate with Senior Account Executives throughout the sales cycle
- Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, pricing, and customer materials
- Help coordinate demo sessions, follow-ups, and trial activities
- Participate in prospect calls and internal deal strategy meetings
Account & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) and update opportunity stages
- Prepare weekly status reports and pipeline summaries for internal use
- Track key activities, next steps, and stakeholder information
- Manage your own pipeline and close deals yourself
Research & Prospect Insights
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support sales strategy
- Identify relevant customer pain points and help tailor messaging
- Support outreach campaigns in collaboration with SDR colleagues
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engagement
- Provide administrative and project support to ensure smooth execution

What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in a GTM function (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Sales Support, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and develop your sales capabilities
- Positive Attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies is a strong plus
- Understanding of basic sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, etc.) is a plus
- Interest in cybersecurity or digital compliance
