What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Fashion & Beauty Associate Account Manager to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ experience in digital marketing in the fashion/beauty or similar industry. Experience with paid social or search advertising, digital marketing strategy, or ecommerce management a plus.

Growth Opportunity: This role is designed as a stepping stone to full account ownership. As you gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and strategic planning, you’ll develop the skills needed to independently manage your own client relationships.

Job Description

• Support Digital Account Managers and Director in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across leading advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, AdRoll, Criteo, Google Ads, and many more.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance by assisting with weekly, monthly, and trend reporting using tools such as Google Data Studio, Funnel.io, Google Analytics, and Triple Whale to uncover insights and opportunities for growth.
• Develop compelling ad creative and copy for Stylophane clients across multiple digital advertising platforms, ensuring messaging aligns with brand voice and drives performance.
• Maintain ongoing campaign optimization efforts including adjusting budgets, audiences, bidding strategies, placements, and creative to improve performance.
• Assist in developing and executing creative testing strategies, including testing different formats, messaging, and visuals to improve ad performance.
• Help build and refine audience targeting strategies including prospecting audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting segments.
• Identify performance trends and provide insights to support account managers in recommending new strategies or optimizations.
• Participate in client strategy and performance meetings, contributing insights and supporting account teams in presenting campaign results and recommendations.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform updates by participating in trainings, workshops, conferences, and educational opportunities as requested.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be New York area based for meetings – but FT remote work
• 1+ years demonstrated experience in digital marketing preferably in fashion and beauty.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detailed oriented individual.

Salary

$50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience
