Our team is working with a leading wealth manager based in Fairfax, VA, looking to hire an Associate Advisor for their growing team. The Associate will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, assisting with onboarding, helping prepare financial plans using tools like MoneyGuidePro and Naviplan, and supporting client meetings from preparation through follow-up. You will also maintain client data, assist with transactions, and collaborate with our operations and investment teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests. This position offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, improve processes, and contribute to team projects while developing expertise in our systems and tools.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely responses to client correspondence and inquiries.
- Identifying opportunities to improve our client service processes.
- Building financial plans using MoneyGuidePro and Naviplan.
- Participating in client meetings by preparing materials beforehand, engaging in the meeting, creating post-meeting documentation, and following up with post-meeting deliverables.
- Assist with the client onboarding process.
- Maintaining and updating databases.
- Building rapport with clients and making them feel comfortable with our team.
- Build a strong collaborative relationship with our operations team to properly and accurately execute cashiering, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
- Offering creative solutions to client needs – we want you to share your opinion on how best to solve financial planning problems for our clients.
- Assist clients with transactions and service requests. Serve as a liaison between the firm and the investment team when needed.
- Develop expertise in our firm’s technology and software tools.
- Partnering with the other members of the ReFrame team on projects.
- Completing individual projects as needed.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree
- CFP® designation is highly preferred
- Two years of financial services experience.
