About The Role
We are looking for a Lead Generation specialist or Business Development Executive (Client Facing) Readiness Program (Business Development → New Client Acquisition - Recruitment → Client Management).
To further enhance our competitive edge we are searching for multiple candidates for our Account Manager career path. This fast‑track program is geared towards those that are sales‑driven, goal‑oriented and money‑motivated individuals.
Employment Type: Full‑Time, 100 % Remote – Work from home opportunity.
Shift Timings: 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST
Experience: 2–6 years in lead generation within SaaS, bench sales, staffing, or banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end business development, lead generation or new client acquisition for US staffing / recruitment and executive search services across the US market.
- Sell executive search services to new and existing clients through cold calling, outbound sales presentations, and networking activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, build business, and identify new opportunities within the recruitment services marketplace and your specified geographic region.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients (small‑market to mid‑market).
- Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Leaders, Founders, CXOs, and Business Heads.
- Pitch recruitment solutions including executive search, leadership hiring, and niche mandates.
- Work closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and closures with structured reporting.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends, talent demand, and market intelligence.
Desired Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in lead generation / SaaS / staffing / business development within US staffing or US market for new‑client acquisition / sales, specifically in:
- Recruitment agencies
- Executive search firms
- Staffing / engineering consulting companies (e.g., mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, electronic, etc.)
- Proven ability to acquire new clients in the US recruitment market.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, fee structures, and hiring models.
- Experience selling to US corporate, MNCs, GCCs, or fast‑growing startups.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working in a high‑ownership role.
Good to Have
- Existing HR / CXO network across one or more industries.
- Experience handling retained or leadership hiring mandates.
- Exposure to sectors such as engineering, GCCs, manufacturing, pharma, FMCG, BFSI, or services.
Your Earning Opportunities
- Stable Base Salary: Rs 25,000 – Rs 27,000 per month, tailored to experience and expertise.
- Placement Incentives: One‑time payment of 2 % of the fee collected from the client for each placement.
- Performance‑Based Variable Earnings:
- One‑time payment of Rs 25,000 from the fee collected from each client.
- Earn Rs 500 for each qualified job order successfully posted to the ATS and approved by the Account Managers.
- Receive Rs 1,000 for every successfully signed agreement for a client onboarding.
