We are looking for an Associate (F/H) to join our Debt & Capital Advisory practice in Paris, where you will bring real added value to our clients (investment banks and large companies) through our asset-backed financing services.

As an Associate, you will work closely with our Directors and Senior Associates, in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, participating in the development of a high-level Deal Advisory practice in France. You will actively contribute to complex structured finance projects, from the creation of securitization programs to their monitoring, collaborating with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As an Associate, you will be involved in Financial Due Diligence assignments for investment banks and leading companies. You will work on projects analyzing debt portfolios and securitization programs, with the following main tasks:

  • Conduct financial analyses on assets financed by large groups (CAC 40, SBF 120), and present structured conclusions in reports for investors.
  • Understand the business model of originators interested in this type of financing, analyze their internal procedures (Order-to-Cash), and synthesize this information for investment banks wishing to assess their investment potential.
  • Act as a second point of contact during meetings and calls with high-level stakeholders, providing support on the technical and analytical aspects of projects.
  • Work in an international environment, with the possibility of travel in France and abroad (Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia).

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a business/engineering school or university (Master's degree equivalent) with a specialization in accounting, finance, management, or economics;
  • Previous experience (internship or one year of experience) in Audit, Transaction Services, Management Control, M&A, or Corporate Finance;
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a rigorous and methodical approach;
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and adapt to new challenges;
  • Proficiency in Excel, project management skills, and report writing ability in French and English (TOEIC 900+ level);
  • Fluent level of French, English, and Spanish, both written and spoken.
