KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, AI Solutions Engineer to enhance our Digital Nexus Technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a talented team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying AI-enabled applications utilizing .NET Core, C#, Python, and modern frameworks.
  • Establish the technical vision and roadmap, actively participating in tech initiatives; integrate solutions with Azure, Google Cloud, and enterprise systems.
  • Manage the development of AI Agents for API and application interactions, ensuring robust integration while collaborating with architects to create solution designs and technical documentation.
  • Set standards and enforce code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); champion DevOps and MLOps best practices.
  • Research and recommend emerging technologies for optimal solutions and architectures; effectively communicate these solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for operational issues and oversee performance optimization.
  • Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and accountability to maintain KPMG’s respectful workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • At least eight years of overall technology experience, with a minimum of five years leading engineering teams, and over two years of recent experience implementing AI solutions with practical knowledge of Python, Azure AI, and Google AI services.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in full-stack development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, C#, and TypeScript.
  • Robust experience in the Azure AI stack, AKS, API development, and DevOps practices.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, BASH, YAML, along with automation testing skills.
