About

You will be the number-two leader in a multi-client GovCon accounting practice. This role is less about being the deepest technical SME and more about blending controller-level accounting credibility with people leadership, delivery ownership, and project discipline.

What you'll do

  • Lead client delivery across a multi-client portfolio
  • Backfill controller-level work when needed
  • Build project tracking and delivery discipline
  • Resolve capacity, deadline, and handoff risk
  • Coach, delegate, and develop team members
  • Manage client conversations with accounting credibility
  • Improve process, consistency, and operating rhythm

Must-Haves

  • GovCon accounting experience in live operating environments
  • Controller-level accounting credibility with clients
