About the Role
Lead Georgian's international marketing strategy, driving brand positioning, enrolment growth, and global market presence. Manage marketing budgets, oversee CRM and digital performance, and collaborate across departments to execute data-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Brand strategy and marketing leadership: Lead international brand strategy, analyze market performance, develop strategic marketing plans, and shape core marketing content.
- Data, technology, and performance optimization: Provide strategic leadership of CRM and marketing automation platforms, interpret market intelligence, and manage budgets.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Play a strategic leadership role across functions, engage marketing agencies, and strengthen Georgian's presence at international forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing and brand management experience within complex or multi-market environments.
- Strong understanding of international markets and appropriate marketing strategies.
- Strong design sensibility and writing skills.
- Proven experience providing creative direction, managing agency relationships, and translating strategy into effective briefs and executions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proven track record in digital marketing and enrolment funnel management, with strong working knowledge of enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to manage agency and vendor partnerships across diverse cultural contexts.
- Experience applying market intelligence and competitive insights to multi-year international marketing and risk-mitigation strategies.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
- Strong cultural competency and sensitivity.
- Experience in post-secondary, international education, or global workforce training.

Salary: CAD 103,310 - 137,746 per year
