Metis Search is working with a boutique investment bank specialised in the Infrastructure sector looking to add an Associate to their team in Paris. The platform is in an exciting period of growth and is highly regarded within the Infrastructure space. They work across Digital, Energy and Transport and offer high‑impact strategic advisory across complex domestic and cross‑border transactions, through M&A, Capital Raising and Debt Advisory. This is an opportunity to join a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial team whilst gaining meaningful responsibility and exposure to transactions, senior bankers and clients from day one at Associate level.

Key Responsibilities

• Integral role in the execution of European & UK transactions for M&A, Capital Raising and Debt Advisory across the Infrastructure spectrum.
• Lead financial analysis and valuation workstreams including DCF, comparable company and precedent transaction analysis.
• Prepare high‑quality client presentations and materials for internal valuation and approval processes.
• Coordinate deal execution processes, including documentation and stakeholder management.
• Review and oversee analysts’ financial models and materials, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Engage directly with senior bankers and clients throughout live mandates.

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years of investment banking experience from a Bulge Bracket, boutique or mid‑market investment bank with strong transaction experience and some exposure to Infrastructure.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise.
• Experience working on UK and/or European transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong project management and multitasking capability.
• High academic achievement and a strong analytical mindset.
• Fluency in French is preferred but not essential.
