About the role
About
As an Associate Installer Support Engineer, you will be part of a technical engineering team focused on Residential Energy Solutions, such as home storage (Powerwall) and EV charging solutions (Wall Connector).
The focus is on technical support during and after installation. You will work exclusively in a B2B environment, communicating technician to technician (e.g., certified installers, field service engineers).
✅ No contact with end customers.
Your Role
- Technical support during and after the installation of energy solutions
- Analysis of installation problems and identification of technical causes
- Development of concrete solution approaches, including post-installation analysis and follow-ups
- Handling approximately 20-30 cases/installations per day
- Close collaboration with internal support and engineering teams
Your Profile
- Technical background (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT, software, or similar)
- Experience or strong interest in technical support topics
- Very good analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Strong communication and soft skills
- Fluent German and English skills
Work Model
- Interactive team role with close on-site collaboration
- Onboarding period: approx. 1 month (basic), full onboarding after 2-3 months
