Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead internal and external media and marketing analytics projects to drive actionable insights.
  • Own brand audience strategy and development in collaboration with the Audience Operations Lead.
  • Identify white space opportunities across media and marketing measurement, tracking, and planning, and help build roadmaps for solutions.
  • Drive adoption of Marketing Science priorities and new ways of working across select PFUS brands.
  • Manage, leverage, and enhance analytical tools (custom and syndicated) to monitor brand performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Translate media and marketing insights into business-impacting strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity and provide quality assurance across internal and external tracking tools.
  • Stay ahead of trends in the media and measurement landscape, continuously evaluating implications for the business.
  • Summarize complex analytical findings and present them in an accessible, digestible way for stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees welcome.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in media, marketing, or insights.
  • Background in digital and media analytics strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Datorama, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets, with tools to access and manipulate data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with proven ability to convey findings to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of cross-functional project teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in media agency, marketing, or consumer insights roles.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing measurement methodologies and tools.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Expected compensation range: $89,000 – $149,000, based on skills, experience, and education.
  • Performance-based bonus, target payout of 10% annually.
  • Paid time off, including parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement.
