The Gatorade AI & Digital Capabilities team is seeking a results-oriented, strategic, and creative Associate Marketing Manager to help drive digital execution, owned platform evolution, and growth across the Gatorade portfolio.

This role supports mid- to long-term business priorities while owning day-to-day execution across Gatorade.com, CRM, and key seasonal moments. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined execution as Gatorade evolves its owned platforms to support AI-mediated discovery and commerce journeys.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Portfolio Support

  • Support the development and execution of mid- and long-term strategies aligned to Gatorade’s master brand strategy and revenue objectives.
  • Partner with brand teams to ensure a cohesive business narrative, connecting longer-term priorities with near-term initiatives and execution.
  • Monitor competitive activity, consumer behavior, and digital trends to inform platform priorities and business decision-making.

Owned Platform Evolution & GEO Support

  • Support the day-to-day evolution of Gatorade’s owned digital platforms in service of the brand’s Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy.
  • Help operationalize AI-driven content, taxonomy, and site updates to ensure Gatorade is accurately represented and discoverable across AI-mediated consumer journeys.
  • Partner with SEO, analytics, and platform teams to translate GEO learnings into practical on-site updates and executional improvements.
  • Assist in tracking performance signals related to AI discoverability, search visibility, and content effectiveness across owned platforms.
  • Contribute to testing and learning agendas that help evolve Gatorade.com as AI search and recommendation behaviors continue to change.

Gatorade.com Strategy & Digital Operations

  • Own the Gatorade.com calendar, ensuring alignment across brands, campaigns, and seasonal priorities.
  • Lead the weekly cross-functional Gatorade.com calendar meeting, driving clarity, accountability, and on-time execution.
  • Oversee the creation and deployment of Gatorade.com assets, ensuring all imagery, tiles, and content are accurate, approved, and delivered on schedule.
  • Own and maintain Gatorade.com FAQs, ensuring content is accurate, consumer-friendly, and consistently up to date.
  • Serve as the Gatorade.com email brand lead, partnering with CRM and brand teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand messaging.
  • Execute against the aligned email calendar, ensuring timely deployment and strong coordination across stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in weekly CRM meetings, representing brand and site priorities.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (required) in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or owned platform execution
  • Experience supporting brand websites, CRM/email programs, or content platforms in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills with a proven ability to deliver on time
  • Ability to translate strategy and insights into clear, executional actions
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and execution-focused
  • Interest in AI-driven discovery, search, and evolving digital behaviors
