Join our team as an Associate Product Designer with a focus on accessories design! In this exciting role, you will support our accessories teams by creating and maintaining seasonal technical sketches and tech packs. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure we deliver consumer-focused, trend-right product lines that enhance our brand equity across various distribution channels, including flex business models, vertical, and wholesale.

Your primary focus will be on bags and small goods, with additional opportunities in headwear, footwear, and socks. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the product design team to develop technical sketches and tech packs, producing innovative and consumer-centric products that deliver exceptional value. • Build and maintain a standardized technical block library for team-wide use. • Take ownership of technical sample reviews: identify and document discrepancies from the tech pack. • Effectively communicate technical feedback to vendors through PLM and email. • Conduct Research & Development on new product categories. • Assist the design team in managing the PLM system, ensuring all items are updated throughout the sample and development process. • Monitor market trends, competitors, product innovations, and market dynamics with respect to fit and function. • Successfully prioritize multiple design projects to meet deadlines. Qualifications: • 3+ years of relevant work experience. • Strong portfolio showcasing accessory technical specifications (tech packs). • Knowledge of hardlines/softlines categories, including raw materials, textiles, print, sewing, construction, patternmaking, and manufacturing. • Excellent problem-solving abilities in costing, construction, and adjustments to optimize outcomes. • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly while being open to constructive feedback. • Solid product design skills involving 3D design, technical design, sketching, and fabric/trims identification. • Proficient with software tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Highly motivated with a keen attention to detail. Required Education: • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., industrial design, accessories design, fashion design) or equivalent work experience.
