About the role
Job Summary • We are seeking a Product Managerwith hands-on experience in building innovativepayment and financial technology solutions. • The ideal candidate is someone eager to grow their product management expertise while contributing to solutions that empower customers to seamlessly and securely manage financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities • Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for fintech solutions (from research to launch), ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs. • Assist in defining and prioritizing product roadmaps using customer insights, data analysis, and market research,. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and UI/UX) to deliver secure, user-friendly fintech products. • Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring the engineering team has clear, actionable tasks. • Track and report on product performance metrics (transaction volumes, uptime, fraud rates, user satisfaction) to guide improvements. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all features meet quality standards and functional requirements before launch. • Act as a bridge between the Business, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines. • Monitor key product metrics and user feedback to suggest data-driven optimizations and feature enhancements. • Assist in developing product manuals, training materials, and marketing collateral for new feature releases. • Provide regular updates on product progress and roadmap milestones to internal stakeholders.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 yearsof experience in product coordination, business analysis, or project management, preferably within aFintech, PSSP, or Tech-led financial institution. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana). • understanding of APIs and payment flows is a strong advantage. • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
