About the role

As a Product Manager at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

- Product Discovery & Market Understanding - Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify high-impact opportunities. - Continuously explore ways to make existing products better.

- Customer & Market Feedback - Partner with Sales & Marketing to capture field insights. - Work with Implementation and Support to understand real-world product usage and pain points. - Speak directly with customers to validate ideas and improve the experience.

- Ownership of Delivery - Manage sprints, track progress, and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery. - Take responsibility for product outcomes not just the plan.

Your role will require Agility & Adaptability: - Learn new domains, tools, and processes quickly. - Adjust priorities based on market shifts, customer needs, or business goals.

Execution & Self-Management: - Run initiatives independently while keeping stakeholders informed. - Follow through relentlessly to ensure commitments are met.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Creative and selfmotivated with strong problemsolving skills (out of the box thinking). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Expertise with common productivity tools such as Word & Excel. - Ability to multitask on different projects. - Understanding of US Healthcare Industry is an asset. - Ability to empathize with our customers and our team.
