Our client is looking for a motivated Associate Product Manager to support the development and execution of product strategies within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Assist in the definition of product requirements and specifications for new product development. Support the Product Management team in developing and maintaining product roadmaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain) on product development and launch activities. Gather and analyze customer feedback and product performance data to inform product improvements. Assist in the creation of product marketing materials and sales collateral. Monitor inventory levels and product lifecycle stages. Help manage project timelines and deliverables for product initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and market insights. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging consumer preferences in the FMCG space. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role, preferably within FMCG. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Passion for consumer products and understanding of FMCG market dynamics.
