The team is based in Kolkata and building deeply integrated AI systems for schools around the world.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Product Manager based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

Youll work closely with engineering, AI, design, and customer teams to ship product features quickly and well. This involves defining product requirements, writing feature specs, prioritizing what gets built, and making sure things actually get delivered. Role is at the bleeding edge of agentic AI application.

You will also spend time talking to educators and school leaders, understanding their workflows, and translating that into simple product decisions.

Qualifications • Strong skills in Product Management defining problems, writing clear specs, and structuring features • Ability to work closely with engineering and design teams to ship features • Basic understanding of UX/UI and product design principles • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development processes is a plus • Tier-1 colleges (IITs, BITS Pilani, etc.) strongly preferred • Prior experience in technology, SaaS, or AI products preferred • Startup experience is a strong plus
