Associate Product Manager (Freshers)

Location: Bhosari MIDC, Pune

Company: Gearo Business Services Pvt Ltd

Working: 6 Days a Week (Work from Office)

Salary and Experience • Monthly Salary: 30,000 INR – 45,000 INR • Experience: 0 – 2 Year

Candidate Requirements • Education: Recent Graduate from a reputed college. • Academic Record: We prefer candidates with a consistently strong academic career in any field of study. • Experience Preference: A background or prior internship experience in e-commerce is preferred. • Tech-Savvy: You must have a strong interest in technology. You should understand the language of the internet and how digital platforms function. • Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. • Analytical Mind: Ability to break down complex problems and understand digital product workflows.

Responsibilities • Work with the engineering team to design and build new features. • Engage with sellers to understand how our software can make their lives easier. • Test new tools and e-commerce storefronts before they go live. • Help manage and optimize our growing industrial marketplace.

Note: This is a semi-technical role. You do not need to write code, but you must have a sharp, analytical mind and a deep interest in how digital products work.
