Job Summary

The Associate, Product Marketing for Long-Term Care (LTC) supports brand execution, marketing operations, and product adoption within the highly specialized LTC ecosystem, including skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living communities, and long-term care pharmacies. This role is designed as an early-career development position with significant exposure to cross-functional teams and strategic marketing processes. The Associate, Product Marketing will partner closely with senior marketing leadership to execute brand strategies, ensure compliant promotional materials, and support product launches.

In addition to branded portfolio responsibilities, this role will provide marketing support to the generic business as needed to ensure coordinated execution across the broader LTC portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of annual brand plans and marketing strategies under the guidance of senior leadership.
  • Assist in implementing lifecycle initiatives and tactics to drive product awareness and adoption within the LTC market.
  • Provide tactical marketing support for the generic portfolio when required.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, updating, and maintaining marketing materials and promotional assets.
  • Ensure materials meet regulatory, legal, and corporate compliance standards.
  • Maintain version control and support archiving processes for approved content.
  • Prepare routine analytics and assist with forecasting inputs and performance reporting.
  • Support analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Assist in tracking KPIs and overall portfolio performance.
  • Support execution of omnichannel initiatives, including personal and non-personal promotion (NPP) campaigns.
  • Assist with conference and convention logistics, including registration, materials preparation, and on-time delivery.
  • Support new product launches through development of promotional materials, internal communications, and field tools.
  • Assist in tracking launch timelines and coordinating cross-functional inputs.
  • Respond to field requests with approved, compliant content.
  • Support development of customer-facing materials for LTC stakeholders.
  • Assist with literature orders, inventory coordination, and distribution.
  • Work closely with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure adherence to promotional and compliance standards across all activities.

Education & Qualifications

  • Experience: 0–3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or related marketing experience preferred; internships or relevant project experience considered.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Foundational understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical marketing compliance preferred.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills: Ability to create and review data sets, Excel, and develop PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and grow within a structured development role.

Compensation & Benefits

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $84,500 to $103,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
