General Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project coordination, client service activities, and workflow management. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, technologically savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are consistently met. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a team setting and is eager to advance into a management track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow by reviewing work orders, preparing customer-specific billing documents, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, following through to successful completion.
  • Draft and distribute memos, reports, and email correspondence.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide clear, timely information.
  • Coordinate schedules, monitor project timelines, and maintain detailed records.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide administrative support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
  • Experience in electronics, security systems, or a related industry preferred.
  • Customer service experience: 1 year (required).
  • Electrical wiring experience: 1 year (required).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
