Associate Project Manager (w/m/d)

About the Position

For our team in Project Management, we are looking for you as an Associate Project Manager (f/m/d). The Service Tool Pool ensures that the right tools, measuring instruments, and special equipment are always available, maintained, and ready for use for international service assignments.

In this role, you will work at the interface between operational project management, technical service, and material/resource management. You will coordinate service projects as well as the deployment and availability of our Tool Pool – and thus contribute significantly to the smooth running of our global high-voltage projects.

What you can achieve

• Planning, control, and management of service projects (e.g., maintenance, spare parts, tool management, expansions, retrofits)
• Creation and monitoring of schedules
• Ensuring tool and material availability in the tool pool
• Coordination of work packages and deployment planning of service teams
• Monitoring project progress, costs, and revenues
• Regular project reviews including documentation
• SAP-supported material and resource control (S4 Hana)
• Direct exchange with internal and external customers

What you bring

• Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering…)
• Initial experience in project management or a comparable technical environment
• Ideally, knowledge in the field of high voltage / high current
• Very good MS Office skills and initial experience in SAP S4 Hana
• Structured and proactive way of working
• Open, communicative personality
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
