This opportunity sits within our Life Sciences brand SciPro, where we partner with innovative companies across pharma, biotech, and medical technology to help them secure the talent they need to grow.

Our Berlin office is located in the heart of the city at Alexanderplatz, featuring a Skylight Lounge, café, and a brand-new free gym available to all employees.

A structured 12-week training programme delivered by experienced Learning and Development team, designed to give you the commercial skills, market knowledge, and practical tools needed to build a successful career in recruitment. You will also work side by side with your manager, an experienced, established and already proven successful recruiter.

Competitive salary and commission:

We offer a competitive base salary, commission and no earning cap. The harder you work, the more you earn – it’s as simple as that.

Your responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and candidates
  • Developing new business opportunities and generating leads
  • Proactively approaching and qualifying potential candidates through various communication channels
  • Acting as the intermediary between clients and candidates, including introductions, interviews, contract negotiations, and onboarding processes
  • Posting and managing job advertisements across multiple job platforms
  • Developing expert knowledge within your market to advise clients and candidates throughout the hiring or job search process
