As an Associate Retail Marketing Manager, you will report to the Retail Marketing Team Lead and be responsible for the planning and implementation of the 7Ps across the brand you are responsible for, for all relevant sales channels (mass market / retail).

Responsibilities

In coordination with the Retail Marketing Team Lead, your responsibilities include:

• Development and implementation of product launches and shopper marketing programs for the Swiss market, in close cooperation with the CEW Consumer Experience Team and other functions
• Adaptation of brand presence and activation concepts and assortment priorities to the different retail channels, including definition and implementation of the appropriate 7P plans
• Implementation of the retail media plan for retail with the local customer team, based on the agreed priorities and assets
• Proposal for planning and implementation of the A&P budget
• Active monitoring of the market environment, including processing of regular tasks in day-to-day business such as market/competition and sales analyses
• Active identification of potentials at national or customer-specific level (including price positioning), presentation of analyses and derivation of measures
• Coordination and implementation of trade presentations for new products, relaunches, brand image and potentials - with customized and fact-based storytelling
• Processing of international inquiries and creation of presentations
