Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kansas City, MO, for an Associate Software Engineer. The role involves developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions to contribute to the company's technological initiatives. Daily responsibilities include designing, coding, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop back-end systems for various projects. The Associate Software Engineer will also work with best practices in software development, including object-oriented programming, to ensure high-quality and efficient code delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures and algorithms
• Experience with Back-End Web Development and Software Development processes
• Proficiency in Programming, including knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with agile development practices is a plus
• Passion for innovation and interest in industries such as technology, gaming, AI, or media is an advantage
