About
As an Associate Solutions Architect (m/w/d), you will support our team in the design and implementation of customized solutions for the media industry. Our clients are TV and radio stations as well as production houses that rely on innovative and reliable broadcast systems. Together with a motivated and experienced team, you will develop technological solutions that meet the demands of modern media operations. You will also support our clients on-site or remotely as needed, ensuring that all relevant media, broadcast, and IT systems function smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Support in the development and implementation of broadcast systems for TV and radio studios
- Participation in the analysis of our clients' technical requirements and derivation of solution proposals
- Support in the creation of technical concepts and architectures for customized systems
- Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to implement project requirements
- Technical support for installations, configurations, and testing of broadcast hardware and software
- Support our clients as needed beyond normal working hours and take on on-call duties
- Testing, error analysis, documentation, problem-solving, supplier management, including on-site assignments
- Documentation of solutions and creation of training materials for clients
- Conducting acceptance tests and supporting on-air processes
- Participation in client meetings and supporting the sales team with technical advice
Qualifications
- Completed studies in media technology, computer science, communications engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience with broadcast technologies and systems, ideally in TV or radio studios, is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of IP networks and IT infrastructures is an advantage
- Interest in further development to become a Solutions Architect and enthusiasm for modern media technologies
- Experience in system maintenance, technical service, and support is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and systems
- Good knowledge of German, English, or French (depending on location), also as a second language
