Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of potential applicants through employer branding initiatives, job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Foster close relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, establish selection criteria, and guide them through the interview process for successful outcomes.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external partners such as recruitment vendors and employment agencies.
- Offer Negotiation & Closing: Lead offer negotiations and work with stakeholders to finalize key hires, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compensation strategies.
- Employee Referrals: Acquire experience in hiring through employee referrals, maintaining referral data, and collaborating with the payroll team for payment processing.
Qualifications Required
- 2-4 years of Full-Cycle Recruiting Experience.
- Global Recruiting Expertise with a deep understanding of cultural and legal nuances in global talent acquisition.
- Bulk Hiring & Industry Experience in customer service roles within BPO, ITES, and background verification sectors.
- Proficiency in ATS & Recruitment Tools, MS Office, and social media for sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge in BPO, ITES, and background verification industries to tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
