What You'll Do
As an Associate Technical Writer, you will help create clear, professional, and user‑friendly documentation for Engineering Innovation’s products, software, and internal resources. You will work with subject matter experts (SMEs) from across the company to transform complex engineering concepts into content that is easy for users to understand.
Your Responsibilities May Include
- Help convert legacy documentation into Paligo, our Component Content Management System (CCMS)
- Use publishing tools to generate polished, customer‑facing documents
- Write and edit manuals, guides, emails, and technical documents
- Translate complex concepts into easy‑to‑understand language for both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Create graphics, capture images, and format content for clarity and visual appeal
- Apply writing and design skills to improve UX/UI for internal and external users
- Assist with layout and document design for print and web content
- Set up meetings and interviews with SMEs (project managers, engineers, developers, and others)
- Gather information, ask the right questions, and ensure accuracy in all content
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand product functionality and workflows
