CATL's overseas recruitment team is expanding, responsible for all local hire positions, covering market and related supporting positions in the European region, mainly focusing on energy storage positions. Responsibilities
- Insight into market dynamics and talent maps of target overseas countries/regions, formulate precise and efficient recruitment strategies, and complete overseas local position recruitment delivery tasks with high quality;
- Execute overseas recruitment processes, from initial resume screening to final interview, to improve candidate experience;
- Deeply cultivate cross-cultural communication art, accurately convey corporate values, and attract international talents to join;
- Familiar with labor laws and visa policies of multiple countries, ensuring that every recruitment is both flexible and rigorous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, no major limitation, overseas study experience is preferred;
- More than 3 years of experience in recruiting mid-to-senior level positions in large high-tech/manufacturing enterprises;
- Familiar with human resource management related businesses, master professional knowledge and skills in human resource planning and allocation, job analysis, talent assessment, recruitment interviews, etc.;
- Possess good logical thinking ability, communication and coordination skills, and can quickly understand business and needs;
- High resilience, high curiosity, high interpersonal sensitivity, results-oriented;
- English can be used as a working language.
