About
Take the lead in the full-process project of power battery packs, connect with leading OEMs, and coordinate cross-departmental resources.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entire project cycle, formulate the master plan, and lead meetings to ensure progress.
- As the interface person of the original equipment manufacturer, convey requirements, handle changes, and maintain customer relationships.
- Form teams, coordinate resources, overcome obstacles, and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
- Ensure that the deliverables meet the standards, follow the IATF 16949 and APQP processes, and collaboratively handle quality issues.
- Manage the budget, identify risks and respond to them, and promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Manage core suppliers and assist in production line commissioning and mass production.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or above
- Majors such as electronics, electrical engineering, and vehicles
- Mastering a foreign language (such as English, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) can be used as a working language
