• Build deep relationships with key customer IT decision-makers and relevant business decision-makers who drive long-term technology adoption within their companies to become future advocates.
• Good understanding of web services, containerization, databases, and modern software architectures.
• Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up with market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community while educating customers.
• Passionate about search and AI technologies.
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, external contributors, and designers.
• Share insights and best practices as the voice of the customer, connecting with engineering teams to remove key barriers.
