Responsibilities

• Participate in field research across key industries in Africa, gaining a solid understanding of typical operational processes in sectors such as open-pit mining, infrastructure construction, and gold mining.
• Contribute to the development of product portfolio solutions based on industry working condition research.
• Prepare documentation for product portfolio solutions and participate in on-site validation of their effectiveness under real working conditions.
• Deliver product portfolio training to enhance sales teams’ understanding and application of solutions.
• Conduct TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis and support key account sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates with experience in product-related roles within the construction machinery industry are preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
