About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop new clients, identify potential leads, and meet the sales targets and client acquisition goals set by the company.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with existing clients, conduct regular follow-ups, build long-term, stable partnerships, and enhance customer satisfaction, repeat purchase rates, and loyalty.
  • Address client needs, handle inquiries and quotations, conduct business negotiations, provide product/service solutions, and manage the entire order process to facilitate contract signing and closing.
  • Manage accounts receivable by tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and collecting outstanding balances; control payment cycles, mitigate bad debt risks, and ensure timely cash flow recovery.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, shifts in customer needs, and market policies; promptly report findings to the company to inform product and sales strategy decisions.
  • Maintain comprehensive client profiles and tracking ledgers; document business activities, compile sales data, and submit reports; standardize client resource management.
  • Handle customer complaints, objections, and post-sales issues; coordinate internal dispute resolution; properly address customer complaints; and maintain the company’s brand reputation

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required and Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent business communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently liaise with clients and conduct business negotiations.
  • Proficient at identifying client needs, capable of providing professional product solutions and business consulting, and skilled in analyzing requirements and matching them with appropriate solutions.
  • Possesses basic market insight, able to gather industry trends, client feedback, and market intelligence, and effectively analyze and report on these findings.
