We are seeking a highly skilled JIRA & Confluence Implementation Lead / Migration Architect with at least 10+ years of lead enterprise-wide Atlassian platform implementations, migrations, architecture design, and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Atlassian environments, leading migration programs, implementing best practices, and driving collaboration across Agile, DevOps, and IT Service Management teams.
This role requires deep expertise in Atlassian architecture, cloud and data center migrations, workflow engineering, integrations, automation, and enterprise governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience with Atlassian products administration and architecture.
- Strong expertise in:
- JIRA Software
- JIRA Service Management
- Confluence
- Atlassian Cloud/Data Center
- Proven experience leading large-scale migration and implementation projects.
- Experience designing enterprise workflow architectures and governance models.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and ITSM frameworks.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, automation, and scripting.
