The final assembly of ATR aircraft, flight tests, individual certification and deliveries are carried out under the responsibility of ATR at the Saint-Martin site in Toulouse.

ATR uses in particular Airbus digital means to carry out its activities.

This position consists of carrying out the following activities in this context and thus joining our Digital Transformation Department within Philippe’s team: a team of 11 employees!

Your Mission

  • Management and governance of ATR’s IT relations with Airbus:
    • Contribute to the definition of the IT ATR/Airbus strategy
    • Ensure the operational maintenance of the Airbus IT services used by ATR
    • Management approved in agreement with the Airbus authorities and monitored IT ATR requests to Airbus
    • Facilitate communication between the ATR & Airbus parties and respond more quickly to ATR needs
    • Management, monitoring and approval of the correct levels of IT service provided by Airbus (IT SLAs, Incidentology)
    • Financial and budgetary monitoring of IT purchase requests/orders with Airbus
    • Communicate to ATR users on major changes to the Airbus IS used by ATR
  • Assistance / Expertise:
    • Participation in the resolution of major ATR/Airbus incidents
    • Help with escalation for faster resolution of major incidents
    • Implementation of Airbus IT solutions on SI ATR (new solutions, upgrade or replacement tools)
    • Monitoring and supervision of the SI ATR mapping at Airbus and the interfaces with IT ATR
    • Support Methods & Tools to Business ATR
    • Assistance to the St Martin User Support Unit
  • Coordination of projects within the Digital User Support ATR service
  • Monitoring of the ATR Decommissioning Application Roadmap at Airbus
    • Ensure the completeness of the Airbus applications used by ATR
    • Alert the ATR stakeholders about decommissioning dates
    • Manage and monitor the transition in the case of decommissioning an application
    • Preparation of the necessary budgets

    • You have a strong appetite for the digital world and new technologies

    • You are able to understand a complex ecosystem and monitor its evolution

    • Keen and curious to learn about new technologies
    • Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
