About Us

We're on the lookout for dynamic Claims Consultants who are as passionate about biking as they are about providing top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide an end-to-end service to facilitate the whole process from contacting the client to gathering information/evidence, reviewing and validating the evidence, quoting the correct replacement/s, and then facilitating the replacement process.

Working hours will be between 12 am and 12 pm to accommodate Australian clients. This role is office based

Requirements

• Matric
• Degree (preferred)
• 2 + years in a customer service role
• Be based in or around Stellenbosch
• Biking enthusiast / good knowledge on parts.
