Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using state-of-the-art tools like Selenium and Cucumber.
• Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices, creating clear and effective test scenarios in Gherkin syntax.
• Develop and execute API tests with Parasoft and Ready API for seamless integration and performance.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines utilizing Git and other leading automation platforms.
• Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and coordinate with development teams to expedite issue resolution.
• Document test plans, test cases, and results to uphold high quality standards.
• Continuously improve testing frameworks and processes to align with industry trends, including AI enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews, providing expert feedback on testing and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in test automation and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• At least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-13 level or equivalent, focused on designing and maintaining automated test scripts and API testing.
• Hands-on experience in automated software testing and proficiency in Selenium, Gherkin, and Cucumber.
• Experience in integrating tests into CI/CD processes, particularly with tools like Jenkins and AWS DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
