Russell Tobin is hiring for an Automation & Analytics Analyst (Alteryx | UiPath | Power BI) in Baltimore, MD!

Looking to take your automation and analytics skills to the next level? This role puts you at the center of high-impact process transformation, driving efficiency and smarter decision-making across financial operations.

This is a 7-month temp-to-perm opportunity with strong conversion potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build Alteryx workflows to streamline and integrate complex data
• Develop UiPath automations to eliminate manual processes
• Create Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights
• Partner with operations teams to identify and implement automation opportunities

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in financial services
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, UiPath, and Power BI
• Understanding of DTC / settlement operations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
