Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in RPA development, with a minimum of 2+ years specifically focusing on Automation Anywhere.
• Advanced or Master Certification in Automation Anywhere is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Automation Anywhere A360 and IQ Bot.
• Familiarity with Discovery Bot, SQL, and API integration (REST/SOAP).
• Skilled in programming languages such as .NET, C#, Java, or Python.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate processes for potential automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement comprehensive automation solutions (bots) utilizing Automation Anywhere A360, A2019, or v11.
• Create thorough technical design documents (SDD), find automation opportunities, and design scalable, reusable RPA frameworks.
• Oversee bot deployment, scheduling, and monitoring within the Control Room environment.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to convert business processes into technical automation workflows.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing bots for improved performance.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members on best practices.
