Help us digitize central Switzerland's energy infrastructure. You will drive the automation of regional projects—like district heating and lake water systems—that make the energy transition possible. Whether you are leading a team or managing technical logic, your work ensures a smarter, carbon-neutral future for our community.
Core Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of automation projects from initial concept through to commissioning.
- Technical Design: Develop and implement control systems (PLC/SCADA) for water, heat, and power networks.
- Stakeholder Interface: Coordinate between internal teams, external contractors, and authorities.
- Process Standards: Optimize the interfaces between construction and IT/Automation.
- Operations: Ensure all projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting Swiss safety standards.
Growth Paths
Depending on your experience, this role can be tailored in two directions:
- Leadership Focus: Lead and coach a specialized team of experts, including resource planning and personnel management.
- Technical Focus: Lean into hands-on engineering, developing complex control logic and software applications.
Requirements
- Education: Degree (HF/FH) in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Building Informatics.
- PLC Expertise: Strong knowledge of Beckhoff (TwinCAT) or Siemens (WinCC OA).
- Experience: Background in I&C/MSRL systems, preferably in the energy or HVAC sector.
- Languages: German (C1) is mandatory; English (B1/B2) for technical documentation.
- Mobility: Valid Category B driving license for local site visits.
