Overview

Start as a developer in a technically oriented environment and quickly grow professionally towards embedded and automation software. You will work on challenging software solutions for production and control environments and benefit from flat structures and short decision-making paths. Technologically, you will work with programming language and platform groups such as C++, C# and .NET, as well as with automation platforms such as SCADA, HMI, or PLC. We offer you structured onboarding, regular learning formats, and real development perspectives.

Your Tasks

• Develop and implement components in C++ and C# for automation applications.
• Create and test user interfaces and HMI functions based on MFC-like frameworks.
• Support the integration of software into SCADA and PLC environments.
• Accompany modernization projects and adapt existing applications to new requirements.
• Document technical solutions and create clear status reports for the project team.
• Work with internal interfaces from technology, purchasing, and quality.

Your Profile

• Have initial practical experience in C++-based development and ideally also in C#.
• Possess knowledge of MFC-like UI frameworks or .NET UI technologies.
• Speak German at C1 level and communicate confidently in projects.
• Demonstrate a structured, solution-oriented approach and initiative.
• Are willing to travel occasionally (approx. 10-20%) and work on-site once a week.
