Automation Software Engineer (C++ und C#) (m/w/d)

Overview

You want to work on challenging automation projects as a developer and develop professionally. With us, you will take responsibility for software components from the start and work in a team on solutions for control and operating levels. Your Tasks

• Develop and expand software solutions with a focus on C++ and C# within complex system landscapes
• Implement user interfaces and operating concepts for HMI/SCADA environments
• Test, analyze, and fix errors in existing applications
• Collaborate with electrical and automation teams and coordinate with external service providers
• Document changes and create clear status reports for project progress
• Support rollouts and, if necessary, undertake short on-site assignments with approx. 10-20% travel

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, software development, or comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in C++ development and confident handling of C#-based development
• Knowledge of MFC or comparable UI frameworks and experience with Visual Studio
• Good knowledge of automation environments such as SCADA, HMI, PLC, or MES applications
• Communicative, team-oriented working style and high willingness to learn
• German language skills at C1 level and willingness for occasional business trips
