About the role
Overview
You want to work on challenging automation projects as a developer and develop professionally. With us, you will take responsibility for software components from the start and work in a team on solutions for control and operating levels. We offer you a collegial environment with short decision-making paths, 1 day of home office per week, and moderate travel. Your Tasks
- Develop and expand software solutions with a focus on C++ and C# within complex system landscapes
- Implement user interfaces and operating concepts for HMI/SCADA environments
- Test, analyze, and fix errors in existing applications
- Collaborate with electrical and automation teams and coordinate with external service providers
- Document changes and create clear status reports for project progress
- Support rollouts and, if necessary, undertake short on-site assignments with approx. 10-20% travel
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, software development, or comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in C++ development and confident handling of C#-based development
- Knowledge of MFC or comparable UI frameworks and experience with Visual Studio
- Good knowledge of automation environments such as SCADA, HMI, PLC, or MES applications
- Communicative, team-oriented working style and high willingness to learn
- German language skills at C1 level and willingness for occasional business trips
