Automation tester at reverside

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests for APIs and web applications.
• Develop and maintain test scripts using Python-based frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to identify test scenarios and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Leverage Git and CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into deployment workflows.
• Document test results and raise defects using tools like JIRA and Quality Centre.
• Perform basic SQL queries to validate backend data as part of testing.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Python skills with hands‑on automation experience.
• Experience in API testing using Pytest and requests module.
• Experience in UI testing with Playwright or Selenium.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and SQL.
• Experience with test management tools: JIRA, Quality Centre.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Desirable / Plus Points

• Prior experience in the healthcare or insurance domain, especially medical aid systems.
• Knowledge of modules such as member administration, claims, tariffs, benefits, and third‑party integrations.
• Familiarity with Django or Robot Framework.
